Product returns

This section applies to Users using the Shop as Consumers and is part of the terms and conditions of the citylion.pl shop.

The Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by making a declaration to that effect in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to him/her.

It is enough to send a verbal or written declaration containing information about the order before the expiry of 14 days from the day of receiving the order to one of the following means of communication:

1. In the case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided shall be returned unchanged. The return should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days.
2. The direct costs of the return delivery of the goods in connection with the exercise of the right shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the Shop has agreed to bear them.
   If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Shop will refund the price of the product and the equivalent of the cost
3. of the cheapest postage within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer.
4. The Consumer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he or she has withdrawn from the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to return the goods before its expiry.
5. The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance shall not be granted to the Consumer in the event that the goods bear visible signs of use or are inoperative as a result of improper use by the Buyer.
