What is the order processing time?

For electric motorcycle batteries, it is usually a maximum of 6 business days. In extreme cases, the waiting time for shipment may be up to 10 business days. For other orders, the processing time is determined individually but should not exceed 10 business days.

What is the reason for the order processing time? Do you import batteries from China?

On the contrary, the batteries are made by us in a workshop in Warsaw. Most of the batteries are made to order, which is why the time to ship is a few days.

Safety and Operation

Water Resistance: The battery features a seal protecting it against rain and mud (Rain/Splash Proof). You can safely ride in difficult terrain and unfavorable weather conditions.

⚠️ Warning: Do not wash the motorcycle with high-pressure washers (e.g., Karcher) directed specifically at the battery. A strong stream of water can permanently damage the seals.
