Reliable Samsung battery cells

The batteries provide up to 1,000 charge cycles, depending on storage conditions. This means that you can use them for a long time without the need for frequent replacements, saving both time and money.

These battery cells are also used in City Lion’s original batteries for electric vehicles. The low failure rate of these cells ensures trouble-free operation and minimises the risk of failure of our batteries, which translates into years of trust from our customers.

Frequently asked questions

What is the lifespan of Li-Ion cells?

The average life of a Li-Ion battery operating under normal conditions and with proper care is typically 1000 charge-discharge cycles.

How do I store Li-Ion cells?

If you do not plan to use the rechargeable batteries for a month or more, we recommend storing them in a clean, dry and cool place, away from extreme heat or cold and away from contact with metal objects. Lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries self-discharge during storage, although more slowly than nickel-cadmium (NiCad) batteries.

Is there a "memory effect" of the cells?

Lithium-ion batteries are not susceptible to the so-called "memory effect". These batteries do not need to be completely discharged before being recharged.
